Project Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Salesforce Architect to support multiple upcoming enterprise projects for international clients. This role requires strong hands-on architecture expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a particular focus on Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . The preferred working time zone is US hours , though some flexibility is possible depending on location and project needs. Responsibilities Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud , including data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and integration patterns Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, personalization, and activation use cases Architect enterprise-scale Marketing Cloud solutions across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence Define and govern scalable data architecture and bi-directional integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud Establish and maintain development standards, governance processes, and architecture review practices for Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative solutions Create and maintain architecture documentation including solution designs, integration diagrams, data flows, and technical decision records Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives Evaluate Salesforce platform releases and assess impact on existing enterprise solutions Mentor developers and technical leads while contributing to internal best practices, reusable assets, and architecture standards Requirements 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce implementations, including at least 3 years in an Architect or Technical Lead role Strong expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification required; CTA is a strong plus Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud , including identity resolution, calculated insights, unified profiles, and data activation Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Marketing Cloud implementations Strong hands-on coding skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware technologies Good understanding of email deliverability and compliance standards including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Experience working in Agile delivery environments with DevOps and CI/CD tooling such as Copado, Gearset, or SFDX pipelines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both engineering and executive audiences
