Collaborate with programmers, project managers, and data analysts to ensure quality and accuracy of feature implementations. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on business logic and requirements. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in survey testing. Mentor new QA team members and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: 5+yrs experience in Manual Quality Assurance (QA). Experience in manual testing of a business application (testing analytics applications) Strong understanding of data validation and data quality processes. Proficiency in SQL. Experience / ability in Test case and test scenario creation Experience working with data-intensive applications and large datasets. Knowledge of test planning, test case design, and defect tracking. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
