Locations: Serbia Albania Bosnia and Herzegovina Montenegro North Macedonia Croatia Slovenia Bulgaria Romania Hungary Poland Czech Republic Slovakia Austria Italy Spain Portugal France Greece Cyprus Malta Estonia Latvia Lithuania Moldova Requirements: Proven track record in B2B software sales , ideally in CRM or enterprise software; Hunter mentality self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities; Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; (French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus. ); Experience selling to organizations in CPG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industries; Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and key industry events. Job Responsibilities: New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new clients within target verticals, consistently expanding our customer base; Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events; Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends, positioning our solutions to stand out; Solution Selling: Deliver compelling product demos and craft tailored value propositions to address each clients unique business challenges; Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and materials to resonate with key industry audiences; Strategic Impact: Contribute insights to product and business strategy based on client feedback and market dynamics; Propos al Preparation: Work closely with Product Management and Delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
