Iteration Manager

Overview rhi is recruiting for an Iteration Manager/ Agile Project Manager to join our clients team based in KL, Malaysia on a contract basis until December 31st 2026. Working time: Malaysia working hour but to be flexible to handle UK and US stakeholder Working arrangement - Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support squads to plan and deliver iterations predictably, balancing capacity and commitments Facilitate effective agile ceremonies with a focus on delivery outcomes Translate annual initiatives into clear, achievable iteration plans Identify and manage delivery risks and cross-team dependencies Coordinate timelines and hand-offs with external teams when required Drive continuous improvement using Agile Maturity Assessment insights Coach teams on flow, predictability, ownership, and learning Improve transparency and delivery tracking using tools such as Azure DevOps Partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to enable successful delivery Foster psychological safety and a coaching-led delivery culture Qualifications About you Skills & Experience: Experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) Hands-on delivery or project management experience Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools Ability to influence without formal authority About rhi rhi is a professional services provider with global expertise.
