Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their shopping experience. Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers. Document customer interactions accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service quality. Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer support or online retail environments is preferred. A strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge of current trends in online shopping. Ability to engage customers warmly while providing effective solutions. Proficient in using customer support tools and e-commerce platforms. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.
