Responsibilities Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide expert guidance on digital store offerings. Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively address customer needs. Conduct training sessions for customers on how to navigate and utilize digital store platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement. Gather customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in the digital shopping experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer informed recommendations. Resolve any customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience promptly and effectively. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably in the e-commerce or digital retail sector. Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
