Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions related to products and services. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from our offerings. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continuous improvement and effective follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and retention. Keep abreast of industry trends and company products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to resolve problems efficiently and enhance the customer experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in standard office applications. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
