If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic fintech environment, we'd love to hear from you About the role: As part of our Customer Care team, you'll be supporting Italian-speaking merchants and business owners, helping them make the most of our products and services. Whether it's answering questions, resolving account-related issues, or guiding customers through our platform, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
