About the Role: You will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch CRM campaigns and workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, User Acquisition, Marketing, and Tech teams to propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns and workflows. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze industry trends and customize CRM campaigns to meet business objectives. 2. Campaign Optimization: Map user journeys and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance funnel conversion rates. Support analysis and improvement of CRM campaigns through A/B testing and result analysis. 3. Platform Enhancement: Devise strategies to enhance CRM platform usage by automating basic, everyday tasks. Assess and plan data points for integration with the CRM platform. 4. Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from the CRM platform, utilizing data visualization tools for reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and define solution architectures. 5. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive technology experience across mobile, web, and middleware applications. Apply frameworks such as TOGAF or other relevant methodologies to guide solution architecture design. 6. Solution Integrity: Ensure technical integrity and consistency throughout the solution life-cycle. Participate actively in all stages of initiatives, providing support for implementation and handover to IT operations. 7. Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure end-to-end flows are considered, providing expertise in defining solutions as products. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, Business). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Quick learner who can work effectively under pressure, demonstrating a fully committed disposition. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
