For our team at BeforeCrypt we are looking for a IT Support Technician (Cyber-Security) - Remote (m/f/d) in full-time.

You're a perfect fit for us if you....

• have at least 3 years of experience in IT Support (Help Desk, IT Administration, Network Engineering or similar)
• are familiar with the most common Windows client and server operating systems (Windows XP-11, Windows Server 2003-2022)
• already have experience in cyber security (Securing IT networks, Penetration Tests, Security Awareness, etc)
• are familiar with virtual server environments (Vmware, HyperV) and server and storage architecture (RAID systems, NAS) and the most common backup software (Veeam, Acronis, Altaro, etc).
• already have basic knowledge about Ransomware. However, it is only optional, as you can learn everything with us.
• are a team player, like to get involved and are happy to work out ideas with other people
• have an eye for detail, you are creative and you love to further improve existing processes and workflows
• love IT and implementing IT that excites everyone
• are persuasive and eloquent
  
• have a quick perception and a high level of discipline
• speak German & English fluently and have a clean and error-free written expression
• like to organize your working hours flexibly according to a flexitime model
