Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Services Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This role focuses on selling our IT services portfolio to prospective and existing clients by understanding their business challenges and positioning Pentoz’s solutions as the best fit. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients across various industries to promote Pentoz’s IT services. Understand customer needs and technical requirements to deliver tailored sales solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery managers to ensure accurate solution fit and seamless project execution. Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors. Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to generate leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in IT services sales, solution selling, or consultative sales. Good understanding of IT services such as Cloud solutions, Managed Services, Software Development, and Digital Transformation. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team. Preferred: Experience selling in specific sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail. Knowledge of SaaS, DevOps, or cybersecurity services. Previous experience in a tech consulting or IT solutions company. Additional certifications in sales methodologies or IT technologies.
