As an IT Services Cybersecurity Sales Representative, you will build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients by identifying their technology and cybersecurity gaps and challenges, providing them with the best IT or cybersecurity solutions to help their business succeed. What you'll do This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers across the northeastern US, identifying their Information Technology, Cloud, and Cybersecurity needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions to protect their assets, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve resilience against cybercriminals. Generate and follow up leads to identify potential clients. Meet planned sales targets and work towards achieving company growth goals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services. Prepare proposals and send documentation to potential clients for signature. Negotiate contracts with potential clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the sales process and possess strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a sales representative is a must and an advantage. In addition, the ability to learn new cybersecurity services/products and programs and explain them in clear and concise terminology is essential. Technical aptitude along with computer hardware, software, solutions, and/or network knowledge. Working knowledge of HubSpot Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated. Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic. Active listening and excellent communication skills. Committed to excellence with a winning attitude.
