Solutions assessment, IT technical advisory. Coordination of IT Project, IT Change Requests and IT Project Releases. Coordination, supporting of bug fixes, Major Incident coordination. IT Vendor steering incl. KPIs, SLA control and collaboration. Service budget control incl. IT Vendor control and settlements. Work and with tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, Xray. What should you bring along? University degree in IT or similar. Professional experience in the field of IT Service Delivery/Management. Knowledge of incident management tools e.g. Service Now. Familiar with IT Security. Experience in preparing technical documentation. Fluent Polish and advanced English [minimum B1, B2 or higher preferred], oral and written.
