🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant Manager to lead cybersecurity consulting initiatives and manage a team of security professionals. The ideal candidate will provide strategic security advisory services, oversee risk assessments, develop security frameworks, and help organizations strengthen their security posture while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT security consultants and cybersecurity specialists

• Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability evaluations

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and governance frameworks

• Advise stakeholders on security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies

• Oversee security audits, gap assessments, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to design secure technology solutions

• Manage incident response planning, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives

• Evaluate and recommend security tools, technologies, and process improvements

• Prepare executive-level security reports, presentations, and recommendations

• Stay current with emerging cyber threats, security trends, and regulatory developments

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security consulting, risk management, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar standards

• Experience with risk assessments, security audits, compliance programs, and security governance

• Understanding of network security, cloud security, application security, and identity management principles

• Familiarity with security tools including SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and monitoring platforms

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable

• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
