IT Project Manager (Workspace)

Along with our partner, we are seeking an IT Project Manager (Workspace Technology) to lead and coordinate large-scale end-user workspace technology initiatives in Buenos Aires. In this role, you will oversee hardware-focused projects involving device refreshes, deployments, office relocations, and workspace technology upgrades across enterprise environments. You will work closely with regional leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with organizational goals.

This is a fully on-site opportunity initially, and will later transition to hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-user workspace hardware refresh and deployment projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Oversee deployments of laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, phones, mobile devices, and related infrastructure.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and recommendations in both English and Spanish.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow to manage project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery across large-scale office environments supporting thousands of end users.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain accountability throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management focused on End User Workspace device refreshes and deployments.
• Experience managing large-scale hardware and infrastructure projects in enterprise office environments.
• Experience leading deployments of end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, and mobile devices.
• Experience managing projects across multiple large sites or facilities.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint) and ServiceNow.
• Professional English communication skills (minimum CEFR B2; C1 preferred) and fluent Spanish.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Buenos Aires.
• Valid work authorization in Argentina.
