IT PRODUCT MANAGER (INTEGRATION/ SALESFORCE)

Our product team ships AI-powered, integration-driven SaaS experiences that connect learners, employers, and upskilling ecosystems—powered by Salesforce, API-first architecture, and scalable automation. We’re remote-first, metric-driven, and obsessed with user outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for integration-focused features—from discovery and backlog prioritization to launch and post-release optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success to design seamless Salesforce integrations that automate lead-to-cash, CRM sync, and event-triggered workflows.
• Define API specs, data mapping logic, and integration test cases for third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Segment, LMS platforms).
• Drive adoption of Salesforce-native features (Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects) to reduce dependency on external middleware.
• Translate user & business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized roadmaps aligned with quarterly OKRs.
• Monitor integration health metrics (uptime, latency, error rates) and partner with DevOps to drive reliability and scalability.
