Standort: Istanbul Fachbereich: IT Service & Support Karrierelevel: Professionals What awaits you: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements Implement modules, forms, workflows, and business rules Support the implementation of IT service management processes in ServiceNow Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure seamless data exchange Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders Support the update and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform Your talents: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Existing certifications in ServiceNow development are an advantage Good communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders Ability to collaborate within a team to jointly develop solutions and solve problems Independent working style and the ability to continuously learn about new technologies and ServiceNow updates Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including CSM and ITSM Experience in development with scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS used in the ServiceNow environment Understanding of database concepts and experience working with ServiceNow data models Ability to automate business processes and workflows in ServiceNow Ability to analyse and troubleshoot errors in ServiceNow applications Your benefits: A great team in which there are many opportunities to contribute and which places great value on further development and an open feedback culture A modern working environment with 20 days' vacation We offer hybrid working.
