🔥 What You’ll Own

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Build and maintain advanced financial models including:
• DCF models
• LBO models
• merger models
• operating models
• Conduct:
• comparable company analysis
• precedent transaction analysis
• scenario & sensitivity analysis
• Evaluate:
• valuation assumptions
• transaction structures
• financing impacts
• Support strategic recommendations using quantitative analysis

M&A & Transaction Execution

• Support live:
• buy-side transactions
• sell-side transactions
• capital raises
• strategic advisory engagements
• Coordinate:
• diligence requests
• transaction timelines
• client deliverables
• Manage:
• virtual data rooms
• due diligence trackers
• deal documentation workflows
• Liaise with:
• lawyers
• accountants
• consultants
• client stakeholders

Pitch Books & Investor Materials

• Draft and refine:
• pitch books
• confidential information memoranda (CIMs)
• teasers
• management presentations
• investor decks
• Prepare polished client-facing materials with exceptional attention to detail
• Translate complex financial analysis into executive-ready presentations

Research & Market Analysis

• Conduct:
• industry research
• competitive analysis

• Incorporate findings into:

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Review analyst work for:

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in:
• investment banking
• corporate finance
• private equity
• transaction advisory
• Advanced Excel skills including:
• financial modeling
• valuation analysis
• scenario modeling
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of:
• DCF valuation
• LBO analysis
• precedent transactions
• comparable company analysis
• Experience with:
• Bloomberg
• Capital IQ
• FactSet
• PitchBook

• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
