Inventory Specialist

About Us Eskar is a retail cannabis company based in Massachusetts. The business operates dispensaries designed with an open layout, allowing customers to view product displays and information at their own pace. Job Purpose The Remote/Hybrid Inventory Specialist will manage Eskar Dispensary’s digital inventory and point-of-sale systems while supporting reporting, compliance, and daily operations. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Maintain and update the seed-to-sale inventory tracking system Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with audits and reporting Prepare weekly inventory reports and data summaries Support POS systems, software updates, and basic hardware troubleshooting Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and inventory regulations Qualifications High School Diploma required Must be 21+ Experience in inventory, administration, IT, or customer service preferred Strong Microsoft Office, communication, and organizational skills Cannabis industry knowledge is a plus Benefits Flexible remote/hybrid work schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive compensation Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Training and professional development opportunities Working Conditions This is a remote or hybrid position with occasional on-site responsibilities at Eskar Dispensary in Northbridge.
