Background : Pitch Labs, a 501(c)3 non-profit, works to inspire, educate, and mentor aspiring high school entrepreneurs to build their first business. Obtaining knowledge to be a successful business founder can be financially costly and energy-draining. Our 100% volunteer-run nonprofit offers aspiring high school entrepreneurs free access to our mentor-matching program, entrepreneurship support community, and resource library. We strive to create a world where anyone can be an entrepreneur. What We Need : The Interview Booking Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential young entrepreneur guests for the NXT GEN Podcast. This person will help curate a diverse lineup of guests, manage outreach and communication, and coordinate scheduling to keep our content pipeline fresh, relevant, and inspiring. Responsibilities: Research and identify up-and-coming young entrepreneurs, innovators, student founders, creators, and social impact leaders Craft compelling outreach messages and conduct cold outreach via email, DMs, or referrals Maintain a guest booking tracker and communication log Schedule and coordinate pre-interview calls and recording sessions with confirmed guests Work with the Director of Playable Media to ensure guest fit, theme alignment Support promotional efforts by gathering guest bios, photos, and links Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for youth entrepreneurship, startups, and storytelling Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once Comfortable with outreach via email, social media, and networking platforms Experience in podcasting, public relations, or event planning is a plus Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Suite MUST be based in the US. Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required): Existing network of young entrepreneurs, student orgs, or youth programs Experience in content creation, journalism, or media production Background in marketing, recruiting, or talent scouting Benefits: Advanced Google Workspace and Canva features, the flexibility of working remotely, coaching/Q&A sessions with industry experts, resume coaching and guidance, public recognition of outstanding work on our social platforms, internal networking, and more! Time Commitment : at least 5 hours a week for at least 6 months. Included in this time estimate: the weekly team 1-1 meeting, time for text/email communication, time spent working on a project. Volunteers can take on more tasks and spend more time if they desire. We have a 24 hour message acknowledgement (thumbs up) and 48 hour message response policy to ensure smooth workflow for all of our team members. Volunteers can take time off as needed for exams, work, family etc. We only request that such requests are communicated ASAP to allow teams to plan. Notes: Although we are all volunteers, we work like a start-up, and seek individuals who are strong communicators and bring energy to the table.
