The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, setting up mail sequences, and analyzing conversation rates on outreach campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, how to work effectively with tech-driven sales tools, while also developing your analytical skills. Responsibilities: - Conducting research to identify potential customers and target markets in different countries - Creating and managing mail sequences to engage and nurture leads in various regions - Analyzing conversation rates and optimizing mail sequences for better results in different markets - Analyzing purchase behavior and marketing activities among our potential customers to identify how to improve our results - Participating in sales meetings and collaborating with the sales team - Providing regular reports on progress and outcomes to senior management team Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data - Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and email marketing tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, while multiple languages plays a big plus (e.g Finnish, German, Dutch) - Interest in technology and willingness to learn tech-driven sales tools - Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Possibly enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business or marketing You will work very closely with the CEO who has extensive experience in sales & marketing activities.
