You will be a part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller team of 5, Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team. Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.
So, what will your main responsibilities be?
Managing multiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s and managing the communication between candidates and future line managers);
Being the main contact person for the newly hired interns (providing them with guidance, onboarding information etc.);
Co-own with the other campus recruitment intern the Intern Engagement Calendar, managing monthly community building activities (such as lunches and workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and Danone;
Promote Danone at universities by connecting with relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attending/hosting relevant events to meet with students;
Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, making vacancy video’s and the use of social media;
On top of this, you will also have the possibility to get involved in different projects in recruitment, intern engagement and employer branding according to your development needs and passion as well as a chance to connect with other HR departments.

Over Jou
You are a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field. You are highly motivated, proactive and like to challenge yourself and try new things. You are able to bring structure and organize yourself in order to manage many different projects and vacancies at the same time.
Key requirements:
Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 5-6 months, 4 or 5 days per week.
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Able to work from our Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk offices at least 2 days per week (different office every week).

Je maakt deel uit van een groot internationaal team dat verantwoordelijk is voor Talent Acquisition voor Danone in Nederland, en binnen dit team maak je deel uit van het kleinere team van 5, het Campus Recruitment en Employer Branding team. Je focus zal liggen op de werving en betrokkenheid van stagiaires, waarbij je veel eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid zult hebben.
Dus, wat zullen je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn?
Beheren van meerdere wervingsprocessen voor stagiaires van begin tot eind (job intake met de hiring manager, schrijven van boeiende en aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten, screenen van CV's en beheren van de communicatie tussen kandidaten en toekomstige lijnmanagers);
Het zijn van het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de nieuw aangenomen stagiaires (hen voorzien van begeleiding, onboarding informatie, etc.);
Samen met de andere campus recruitment stagiair de Intern Engagement Kalender beheren, maandelijkse community building activiteiten organiseren (zoals lunches en workshops) en nieuwe concepten creëren om stagiaires elkaar en Danone te laten leren kennen;
Danone promoten bij universiteiten door contact te leggen met relevante cursusleiders om functies te adverteren en relevante evenementen bij te wonen/hosten om studenten te ontmoeten;
Bijdragen aan verschillende employer branding initiatieven, zoals het creëren van content, het maken van vacaturevideo's en het gebruik van sociale media.
Daarnaast heb je ook de mogelijkheid om betrokken te raken bij verschillende projecten op het gebied van werving, stagiair betrokkenheid en employer branding, afhankelijk van je ontwikkelingsbehoeften en passie, evenals de kans om contact te leggen met andere HR-afdelingen.
Over Jou
Je bent een student in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde, Organisatiepsychologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Je bent zeer gemotiveerd, proactief en houdt ervan jezelf uit te dagen en nieuwe dingen te proberen. Je bent in staat om structuur aan te brengen en jezelf te organiseren om veel verschillende projecten en vacatures tegelijkertijd te beheren. Je geniet van interactie met meerdere belanghebbenden.
Verplichte vereisten:
Ingeschreven als HBO/WO student gedurende de gehele stageperiode;
Bij voorkeur beschikbaar om te starten in augustus/september 2026 voor 6 maanden, 4 of 5 dagen per week;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vloeiend;
Je bent in staat om vanuit ons kantoor in Hoofddorp, Rijswijk en Utrecht te werken (verschillende locaties elke week), minimaal 2 dagen per week.
