Your Impact
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for clients in Switzerland and Germany.
Advise clients on
market trends and hiring strategies
.
Identify and engage top talent across Europe using
active sourcing and outreach
.
Conduct
pre-screening interviews
to assess professional and cultural fit.
Maintain pipelines and workflows using
Skillreveal AI and CRM tools
.
Collaborate with our automation team to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
You Bring
1+ years
in international or technical recruitment (TGA/IT preferred).
Excellent
English
;
German
or another EU language is a plus.
Strong
sourcing and relationship-building
skills.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles.
Experience with
ATS/CRM
and interest in AI-driven recruiting.
