Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Construction Specialist to work on a Contractor basis. Your domain expertise in construction methods will directly shape the training and improvement of next-generation AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact AI projects that enhance model performance across industries like finance, healthcare, and engineering. No prior AI experience is required—your hands-on knowledge is the critical asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize technical knowledge of construction methods to evaluate and annotate real-world procedures for AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop detailed project scenarios and solution sets for AI model training.
• Provide expert feedback on project management documentation and process optimization tasks to refine AI outputs.
• Identify gaps in AI understanding of construction practices and deliver written and verbal input to address them.
• Review and refine AI-generated content related to construction workflows to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical knowledge of construction methods, standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience in project management and organizational skills applicable to construction workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve ambiguities in AI-generated outputs.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to provide detailed written input and constructive feedback in English.
