Our programs: Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted 40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states. Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled up to a 27% income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs. The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path. Program Overview: (Two programs are running : Entrepreneurial - Sarvo Udhyam and Non-Entrepreneurial - Maadhyam) Over the years, as an increasing number of students have opted for entrepreneurship as a career and enhanced their business ideas, they have continued their journey of establishing themselves as youth entrepreneurs. Sarvo Udhyam is an Udhyam alumni community and a program that aims to bring the youth entrepreneurs together, from marginalised and under-privileged sections of the society, with lesser or no access to resources and opportunities, and eventually build a strong network of learning, sustaining and growing. For setting up this community, Udhyam aims to work on the principles of Build-Support-Transfer along with supporters of Sarvo Udhyam from the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Currently the community has established two state chapters, Delhi and Punjab. The program aims at providing mentoring support as per the maturity of the venture, in order to bolster their growth and strengthen their presence as youth entrepreneurs. Maadhyam is Udhyam’s novel initiative that aims to bridge the gap between government school students in Grades 9 to 12 and opportunities beyond the classroom. The program envisions building awareness among students from Tier 2&3 cities about different types of opportunities and how they can support a student’s future.
