We are happy to work with your university placement office, sign all required paperwork, and provide a formal placement agreement and mid/end-of-placement reports. ——— About Harmony Harmony is a London-based somatic therapy and wellbeing practice founded by Tundie, a former corporate professional with over 10 years of industry experience, now a certified breathwork teacher, sound healing therapist, and MSc neuroscience researcher. We help individuals and corporate teams manage stress, anxiety, and burnout through somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, delivered in person across London and online worldwide. This is a small, real business at an exciting growth stage. You will not be making tea or sitting in on meetings. You will be doing actual work that goes live, reaches real people, and makes a measurable difference to the business. ——— The Role We are looking for one intern to cover two connected areas: social media content and business development. You will work closely with the founder and have genuine responsibility from your first week. Social Media & Content (approximately 60% of your time) Create weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva Write captions that are on-brand, engaging, and science-informed Schedule and publish all content using Metricool Monitor comments, respond to followers, and grow community engagement Research wellness trends, awareness dates, brainstorm for marketing plans Track weekly performance and report what is working Corporate Outreach & Business Development (approximately 40% of your time) Research target companies and identify HR Directors, Wellbeing Leads, and People & Culture Managers using LinkedIn and Apollo.io Build and maintain an outreach spreadsheet Draft outreach emails and corporate pitch materials for the founder to review and send Research partnership opportunities with coworking spaces, private gyms, and GP clinics Help develop and update the corporate one-pager and service menu Track outreach activity and responses in a simple weekly report ——— Essential: Currently enrolled at a UK university and requiring an official placement as part of your course OR seeking a part-time internship alongside your studies Available for a minimum of 1 month and ideally a minimum of 2 months Available 1-5 days a week Comfortable writing professional emails and social media captions Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload remotely Genuine interest in wellness, mental health, stress resilience, or neuroscience Desirable (not essential — we will train you): Familiarity with Canva, Capcut, Instagram, LinkedIn Some experience managing a social media account, even a personal one ——— What You Will Gain Real responsibility in both marketing and business development , rare at placement level A portfolio of live social media content, campaign results, and outreach materials Hands-on experience with professional tools: Canva, Metricool, ManyChat, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Understanding of how a wellness and coaching business is built from the ground up Insight into wellbeing industry A detailed written reference from the founder on completion Remote working This placement counts toward your university requirements.
