Job Description: Key Responsibilities Manage device enrollment and configuration using Microsoft Intune Implement and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines Deploy and manage applications (Win32, Microsoft Store, LOB apps) via Intune Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle management Monitor device health, compliance, and reporting Troubleshoot Intune, enrollment, and policy-related issues Work with Azure AD (Entra ID) for device and user management Support SCCM co-management scenarios (preferred) Required Skills 2–3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 device management Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID Experience with Autopilot and device provisioning Understanding of Conditional Access and compliance policies Basic PowerShell scripting (preferred) Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively Hands-on experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Proven abilities in providing seamless Customer Support Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both remote and in-office tasks Good to Have Experience with SCCM / MECM Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Endpoint security and patch management experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certification is a plus At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
