Job Description Set-up and Location: WFH/Onsite Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 7:00AM to 4:00PM (PH) Employment Type: Full-time Ready to do work that actually excites you? What You'll Do: You'll be the kind of person who: Documentation & Technical Delivery Prepare and coordinate detailed interior documentation packages (GA plans, RCPs, joinery details, elevations, schedules, and specifications) in accordance with project timelines and standards. Translate conceptual designs and design intent into accurate, buildable documentation. Develop detailed joinery, millwork, and custom furniture documentation, ensuring consistency with design vision and material selections. Produce BCA-compliant drawings and coordinate with consultants on compliance and technical issues. Manage documentation sets through various stages: Design Development, Tender, Construction, and As-Built. Maintain consistent drawing standards, templates, and layer conventions across all deliverables. Coordination & Collaboration Liaise directly with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy and alignment across disciplines. Review and integrate consultant drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). Support project leads in maintaining drawing registers, revision logs, and coordination schedules. Quality & Process Champion documentation excellence—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a high level of graphic presentation. Implement and contribute to studio standards, systems, and libraries to enhance efficiency and consistency. Conduct QA checks before issue to ensure complete coordination and compliance. Requirements What You Bring: We're looking for someone who: Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in interior design or architecture documentation. Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit, or Vectorworks (depending on studio standard). Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, materials, and joinery. Demonstrated experience in high-end residential, boutique multi-residential, or hospitality projects. Familiar with BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards relevant to interior environments. (good to have) Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong sense of design integrity—able to translate creative intent into clear, coordinated documentation. Desirable Attributes Experience working within design-led studios or on bespoke interiors. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Twinmotion) is advantageous. Understanding of interior specifications, schedules, and procurement processes. Enthusiasm for materials, detailing, and the textural language of design. Calm, methodical approach under pressure, with a genuine passion for excellence in execution.
