· Managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
· Processing invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and on time
· Maintaining and updating the general ledger
· Performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
· Supporting monthly closing activities (accruals, prepayments, journal entries)
· Monitoring outstanding receivables and following up where needed
· Preparing VAT filings and supporting statutory reporting requirements
· Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
· Assisting in financial audits by preparing supporting documentation
