Role Overview
Join Job Duck as an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator and become the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in shaping their initial experience. In this role, you will engage with inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help determine the best next steps based on their needs. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently while building trust will directly impact client conversion and satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, naturally persuasive, and enjoys balancing empathy with professionalism. Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (USA)
