Reporting & Data Management • Design, develop, and deliver accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for various stakeholders • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting platforms • Maintain and enhance HR data infrastructure to support evolving business needs • Partner with the HRIS team to optimize data processes, streamline workflows, and improve system integration • Provide insights on key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, diversity, and workforce planning 2. Insights & Automation • Analyze HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business strategies • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand reporting and automation requirements • Develop scalable and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work • Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, analytics methodologies, and dashboards • Proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy 3. Project Management & Process Improvement • Lead and/or support automation and transformation projects using tools such as Excel, VBA, and Power Apps • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions • Manage reporting and analytics initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery • Support continuous improvement efforts by introducing best practices in data analytics and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR, Finance, Business, or any related field • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or HR analytics • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); knowledge of VBA or Power Platform is a strong advantage • Experience with HRIS and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Data Analysis & Visualization • Stakeholder Management • Process Optimization & Automation
