Rivkin Radler is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of five years of experience with a solid foundation in third-party insurance coverage (not insurance defense). Position Requirements: Excellent legal research and writing skills Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and claims and develop resolution strategies Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters Hybrid Hours: Minimum 3 days a week in office 2 days a week remote Congenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $195,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. EOE.
