About the Role This 100% remote Bilingual Back-office Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals with an insurance background. You will be assigned to one of our client placements with a growing US insurance company. Key Responsibilities Notices Of Cancellation. Reviewing & Updating Policies. BOR/Loss Run Request Letters and certificates/Binders. Acord Applications. Motor Vehicle Reports and Auto ID Cards. Carrier Downloads. Billing Enquiries, endorsements, and quoting. Perform data entry and internal reporting tasks. Manage emails and communication with customers. Other similar or related tasks.
