Location: Remote, within UTC to UTC+3 time zones Hours: Part time or Full time Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum*, full time equivalent pro-rated to reflect number of working hours, dependent upon experience and location. *Based upon UK based salary – will be adjusted based upon location ISSUP is looking for a skilled and practical Instructional Designer to support the development of ISSUP Academy, our new global learning platform for the substance use workforce. In this role, you’ll help transform existing training materials into engaging and accessible online learning for a global audience. Working closely with subject matter experts and the ISSUP Training Team, you’ll design, build and maintain courses within Moodle Workplace, using diverse tools to create effective learning experiences. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop online learning content. Converting existing training materials into engaging digital courses. Building and organising courses in Moodle Workplace. Creating interactive learning activities and assessments. Supporting the development of self-led, moderated and blended learning courses. Helping ensure quality, accessibility and learner engagement across ISSUP’s training provision. Contributing as part of a small, friendly and dynamic global team. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with people at all levels. You’ll need strong writing and editing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines. Why join us?
