Do you have the ability to analyze the fine distinctions in a Shakespearean sonnet and decode the phonetic architecture of a word with equal precision? Picture applying that depth of linguistic and literary knowledge alongside advanced AI to revolutionize how millions of students achieve mastery in language and literature. At 2 Hour Learning, we're not simply writing the next chapter of English education—we're engineering it into an adaptive, immersive learning experience. We are looking for a visionary professional to spearhead our initiative in reshaping English and Language Arts instruction through sophisticated data analysis, pioneering AI integration, and profound subject matter mastery. Your objective? To double the rate at which students acquire language skills and literary analysis capabilities, spanning from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary criticism. At 2 Hour Learning, we're reimagining K-12 education with measurable outcomes. Our AI-powered learning platform is changing the way students learn, allowing them to master content at double the pace of conventional schooling. We're not adjusting the existing system; we're reconstructing it entirely, and we have evidence to demonstrate its effectiveness. Students on our platform routinely earn 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, exhibit growth exceeding two years on annual MAP assessments, and surpass their own expectations of what they can accomplish. If you're prepared to deploy deep ELA expertise within an AI framework that's already delivering proven results, apply now. What You Will Be Doing Examine student reading and writing performance metrics — including Reel engagement, MAP scores, assessment outcomes — leveraging AI workflows and LLM orchestrations to pinpoint learning gaps and create targeted interventions. (Approximately 40% of your time.) Building AI-driven tools that respond to individual learning preferences, transforming grammar instruction into an intuitive process, making vocabulary acquisition engaging, and rendering literary analysis approachable for students across all proficiency levels. Creating dynamic learning sequences that adjust in real-time, shepherding students from phonics fundamentals to interpreting sophisticated texts, ensuring every learner advances at an ideal rate. Collaborate with subject matter experts, assessment specialists, and AI engineers to ensure content aligns with curriculum standards and to verify the accuracy of AI-generated materials. Converting classic and contemporary literature into interactive, AI-enriched experiences that both educate students and spark their enthusiasm for reading and writing. What You Won’t Be Doing Overseeing traditional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of how language arts are delivered and absorbed within our accelerated framework. Manually grading large volumes of essays — AI manages the assessment workload, allowing you to concentrate on refining the system rather than marking papers. Teaching solely to standardized tests — students in this environment already exceed AP benchmarks, so your efforts are directed toward deepening mastery rather than drilling for compliance.
