About the Role The Installer Network Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing Powerfleet’s network of subcontracted installers across assigned regions. This role serves as the primary operational link between the business and the installer network, ensuring installation work is scheduled, executed, and completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards. This position plays a critical role in managing work order flow, maintaining installer performance and compliance, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate completion reporting to support invoicing and overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities Work Order Coordination & Operational Execution Create, assign, and manage installation work orders through systems such as FCIP and Synchroteam Monitor installation activities from job creation through completion, ensuring full visibility across all active work Ensure work is allocated effectively to meet customer timelines and operational priorities Manage scheduling conflicts, delays, and workflow challenges to maintain service continuity Installer Network Management Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontracted installers across the network Build and maintain strong working relationships to drive responsiveness, accountability, and service quality Coordinate installer capacity and regional coverage based on business demands and project requirements Support the ongoing development and optimization of the installer network Performance, Quality & Compliance Monitor installer performance, service levels, and installation quality metrics Conduct installer audits and maintain a preferred installer network by region Ensure all subcontractors maintain current certifications, insurance, and required safety compliance standards Promote adherence to installation procedures, operational standards, and health and safety requirements Escalation Management & Issue Resolution Act as the central escalation point for installation-related operational issues Partner with internal teams and installers to resolve issues quickly and minimize customer impact Escalate critical concerns appropriately while maintaining proactive communication throughout resolution Invoicing & Completion Accuracy Ensure completed installation work is accurately documented and updated within operational systems Maintain alignment between installation completion, system records, and invoicing requirements Support accurate and timely billing processes through strong operational controls Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and report on work order activity, installer utilization, service levels, and network performance Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness Support initiatives focused on improving installer experience, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Experience coordinating field service operations, installation scheduling, or subcontractor networks Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational environment Experience working with work order management or scheduling systems Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve operational issues efficiently Strong communication and relationship management skills Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting capabilities Experience within telematics, field services, logistics, automotive, or technical installation environments preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Powerfleet is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
