We are seeking several Inspectors/Auditors to support nationwide compliance inspections for federal grant-monitoring projects. These roles require a field professional who can conduct comprehensive reviews of facility operations, participate in on-site walkthroughs, and facilitate interviews. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex data into high-quality, site-specific reports that meet OIG/OIE standards. These positions are contingent upon project award. What Success Looks Like Conduct on-site walkthroughs and interviews with staff and residents to collect high-quality data. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports that identify deficiencies and conform to OIG/OIE standards. Support the creation of complex workpapers and draft site-specific reports outlining deficiencies and recommendations. Coordinate with medical subject matter experts to integrate specialized findings into draft reports. This position requires high physical and logistical readiness: Ability to travel 1 to 2 weeks per month and remain 24-hour ready for unannounced facility visits. Capacity to walk 15,000+ steps, stand for 8–10 hours, and carry equipment through various facility terrains. Requirements You’ll Thrive Here If You have at least 3 years of experience in performance auditing or inspection under GAGAS and Blue Book standards. Medical, legal, kitchen, and facilities auditing experience preferred. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field. You have superior writing skills with the ability to produce detailed assessments under tight deadlines. You have a U.S. Citizenship. Being bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or French is a plus. You are able to pass a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) public trust fitness screening. Must be free of any actual or perceived conflicts of interest (COI) relative to the facilities under review.
