Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and driving early-stage sales conversations to help grow our IT and technology solutions client base. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and position Pentoz’s IT solutions effectively. Schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings with senior sales or technical teams. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously update knowledge of Pentoz’s service offerings and industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with prospects to build long-term relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in IT or technology sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients remotely. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Basic understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, software development, or digital transformation is a plus. Preferred: Experience working in a SaaS or technology startup environment. Knowledge of emerging tech trends like AI, IoT, or Blockchain. Multilingual skills or experience in international sales.
