Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description: Make cold calls to potential clients Identify qualified leads by asking pre-qualifying questions provided by the client Coordinate and schedule meetings for the team. Updating calendars and confirming appointments to increase the show rate Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients via calls, texts, and emails to nurture relationships. Salesforce Utilization: Effectively use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts. Customize and optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance the sales process. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to maintain a clean and organized database. Lead Management: Qualify and nurture leads to move them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to analyze and present sales data. Customer Interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide product/service information and address customer inquiries effectively. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Work closely with the client to ensure smooth scheduling and communication processes. Performance Metrics Track and report key performance metrics related to sales activities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent or similar role. Excellent communication skills In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
