About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Drafter/Designer to join our remote team. This role is a great fit for a drafting professional with solid Revit expertise who can support multiple engineering projects simultaneously and deliver accurate, high-quality structural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update structural drawings and models using Revit.
• Interpret and implement engineering redlines accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare drafting deliverables to support engineers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain high-quality drafting standards and ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Manage workload effectively across several small to medium-sized projects.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in structural drafting and modeling for structural engineering projects.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Revit.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate design revisions quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with multi-family and/or commercial projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
