About The Role We're excited to be looking for a Talent Assistant or Talent Coordinator (depending on experience) to support our creators and deliver exceptional brand campaigns. Working closely with the Director and our talent, you'll coordinate campaigns from brief to completion - managing timelines, reviewing content, and ensuring every partnership runs smoothly. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to grow their career within a rapidly expanding agency. Location This is primarily a remote role, offering flexibility to work from home on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking a candidate based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast who is able to meet face to face on a weekly basis for team meetings. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Coordination Support the Director in managing creator portfolios and brand partnerships. Brief creators on campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, creative direction, and platform specifications. Track campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. Coordinate communication between creators and brands throughout the campaign lifecycle. Manage revisions and feedback rounds to ensure content meets brand expectations. Content & Quality Control Review content before publication to ensure it aligns with campaign briefs and contractual requirements. Check for accuracy, completeness, brand compliance, and attention to detail. Ensure all deliverables are submitted correctly and on time. Talent Support & Administration Manage creator calendars, key deadlines, RSVPs, and campaign schedules. Coordinate product deliveries, event attendance, and campaign logistics. Assist with general talent management administration and day-to-day operations. Help maintain strong relationships with both creators and brand partners. About You We're looking for someone who is... Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with both talent and brands. Passionate about social media, content creation, and the creator economy. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a natural ability to follow up and keep projects moving. Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team. Skills & Experience 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, account management, or support role. Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, marketing, media, events, or agency environments is highly regarded. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating professionally with both creators and brand partners. Proficiency with Canva, Slack, and email communication platforms. Experience using Airtable and Softr is advantageous but not essential. High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes while proactively solving problems. A genuine passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy. A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced business.
