Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Develop and execute local influencer marketing strategies to drive deposits, revenue growth, and ROI; Identify, attract, and onboard relevant streamers, tipsters, and micro-influencers across LatAm region; Build and scale long-term partnerships with local influencers in performance-driven environments; Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: brief creation, negotiation, technical task preparation, content approval, publishing control, and performance tracking; Monitor and optimize campaign results based on key metrics such as deposits, reach, CPA, engagement, and ROI; Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of local trends and identify new growth opportunities; Manage allocated budgets and ensure efficient spending aligned with performance goals. We need your professional experience: 1+ year of proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing (experience in betting/iGaming is highly preferred); Hands-on experience working with influencer traffic and performance-based campaigns; Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, streaming platforms, and local social media ecosystems; Understanding of core performance metrics (CPA, ROI, conversion rate, engagement rate); Experience in negotiations and closing partnership deals; Good command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive); Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken); Strong understanding of the LatAm market; Working with different Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid offers will be a plus.
