VUSH is a sexual wellness brand on a mission to change the conversation around pleasure, wellbeing, and self-love. We make the kind of products people actually recommend to their friends, no gimmicks, no awkwardness, just really good stuff. We're currently scaling our US affiliate program and need someone to help us find and connect with the creators who'll help spread the word.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Influencer Marketing Intern to support our growing US affiliate and creator program. You'll be the person finding creators, reaching out, and keeping things organised behind the scenes. This is a great fit if you're plugged into Instagram and TikTok, know what makes content creators tick, and want hands-on experience in influencer marketing at a brand that's genuinely fun to work for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying potential affiliate partners, UGC creators, micro-influencers, and publishers across Instagram and TikTok
• Sending outreach messages and emails to prospective creators using our templates and tools
• Managing our creator pipeline, tracking who's been contacted, who's responded, and following up
• Reviewing affiliate applications and flagging strong candidates for approval
• Helping maintain our affiliate platform, keeping things tidy, organized, and up to date
• Reporting on outreach results and creator activity weekly

What We're Looking For

• Based in the US (fully remote, work from wherever you are)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, you understand how creators operate, what good content looks like, and how influencer marketing works
• Excellent written communication, you'll be writing outreach DMs and emails on behalf of the brand
• Organised and detail-oriented, tracking outreach across dozens of creators requires keeping things tidy
• Comfortable working for a sexual wellness brand

Nice to Have

• You create your own content on Instagram or TikTok (even casually)
• You're into the wellness, beauty, or self-care space
• You've worked with brands before in any capacity, even as a creator yourself

Hours & Pay

10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling. This is a paid position at a competitive hourly rate, discussed during the interview process.
