We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive influencer strategy and execution for a fast-growing US company. This role focuses on creator sourcing, campaign management, and performance optimization — ideal for professionals looking to deepen their influencer marketing expertise and grow into senior digital strategy roles.

Salary: $500–$600 USD/month | Location: Remote | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Lead high-volume outreach and align creators with campaign objectives and brand tone
• Develop and manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely, on-brand delivery
• Track engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize campaigns
• Build and maintain strong influencer relationships through consistent communication
• Update talent databases and compile clear, actionable influencer campaign reports

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Strong outreach skills with a high-volume sourcing and relationship-building mindset
• Proficient with Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
