The Challenge
We need someone to transform how we work with creators: moving from fragmented, transactional interactions to a thriving creator community that consistently advocates for our brand, generates revenue through affiliate channels, and feeds a steady pipeline of content for paid advertising.
We have creator relationships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the blogger space, but they're underleveraged and unstructured. Our affiliate infrastructure (Superfiliate and AWIN) exists but needs strategic ownership. Our organic social presence is growing but lacks the systematic community-building approach that compounds over time.
The right person will be equally at home nurturing a long-term relationship with a top-performing creator as they are auditing affiliate commission structures or reviewing which creator cohort is generating the most ad-ready UGC. You'll own both sides of this role: the relationship side (community, trust, retention, reactivation) and the commercial side (affiliate revenue, content pipeline, whitelisting).
What You'll Own1. Creator Discovery & Recruitment (Multi-Platform)
- Build and maintain a systematic pipeline for identifying new creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the broader blog/editorial space
- Develop clear vetting criteria based on niche alignment, audience quality, engagement authenticity, and brand fit (not just follower count)
- Own outreach strategy and personalization to improve response and conversion rates from cold to active creator
- Recruit creators for multiple use cases: organic posts, affiliate partnerships, ad whitelisting, paid UGC content creation, giveaway collaborations, and Spark Code sourcing
- Use Influencer Club (or another scouting tool of your choice) to systematize discovery
2. Creator Community Management & Retention
- Build and manage a structured creator database with tiering (VIP / A / B) across platforms and partnership types
- Own ongoing relationships with existing creators. Identify top performers, keep them engaged, and proactively reactivate dormant creators
- Develop a creator experience that makes working with LED Esthetics genuinely desirable: clear briefs, timely communication, fair compensation, and good feedback loops
- Implement a CRM or creator management system (evaluate options and make a recommendation) to track relationships, deliverables, payments, and performance history
- Establish brand safety protocols, content approval workflows, and quality control processes
- Manage creator contracts, deliverable timelines, and payment coordination
3. Affiliate Program Management
- Own and optimize affiliate programs across Superfiliate, AWIN, or other platform of your choosing
- Develop commission structures, tiering incentives, and promotional strategies that drive consistent, trackable revenue
- Recruit and onboard creators into the affiliate ecosystem with clear expectations and onboarding support
- Monitor affiliate performance and proactively support top performers to maximize output and retention
- Identify and address drop-off points across the affiliate funnel: from recruitment → first post → consistent posting
4. Content Pipeline for Paid Media
- Source TikTok Spark Codes from creator content and deliver them to the paid ads team on a consistent cadence
- Recruit and manage Instagram creators for whitelisting partnerships that support paid advertising
- Coordinate with the Creative Strategist to align creator content with desired paid ad angles
- Deliver raw UGC footage and finished creator assets to the creative team monthly
- Maintain a warm "creator bench": a pool of vetted, relationship-ready creators available when the paid team needs to test a new script or concept quickly
5. Organic Social Growth (TikTok & Instagram)
- Coordinate a content calendar (in partnership with the creative team) that balances product education, trending formats, and brand personality
- Coordinate collab posts, giveaways, and co-marketing campaigns across Instagram and TikTok
- Grow follower count and engagement rate on both platforms through consistent posting, trend participation, and community interaction
- Track and report on organic traffic contribution to the website and its downstream conversion impact
- Bonus: implement ManyChat automations to increase engagement and lead capture.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Own creator ROI tracking across all partnership types: affiliate revenue, Spark Code ad performance, organic engagement, content quality, and whitelisting conversion
- Monitor creator community health: recruitment rate, retention rate, activation rate, dormancy rate
- Provide regular performance reports with clear recommendations for where to invest, scale, or cut
- Build feedback loops between organic creator performance and paid advertising creative strategy
What We're Looking ForCore Skills & Experience
- 3+ years managing creator partnerships, influencer programs, or affiliate marketing for D2C brands
- Proven experience building and managing a creator community — not just executing campaigns. You understand long-term relationship management, not just outreach volume
- Demonstrated track record in affiliate program management with clear, measurable ROI
- Experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems; YouTube and blogger/editorial experience a meaningful plus
- Ability to build systems and processes for creator management at scale
Technical Capabilities
- Proficiency with Superfiliate, AWIN, or comparable affiliate/creator platforms
- Experience with creator discovery and management tools (Influencer Club or similar)
- Comfort with Meta Business Manager and TikTok's creator/ads ecosystem (Spark Ads, creator marketplace)
- Strong spreadsheet or project management skills for tracking creator relationships and performance data
- Experience selecting and implementing a CRM or creator management tool (we don't have one yet, and we'll want your recommendation)
- ManyChat experience (or strong willingness to learn) for social automations is a meaningful bonus
- Familiarity with Shopify for coordinating promotional codes and product seeding campaigns
