Overview Flexible Worker Contract Location: Remote (West Midlands or Southwest or Southeast ) About the role We are looking for an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) with a background in Facilities Management or Facilities Services , who is passionate about developing others to deliver high-quality End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities manager, or industry professional to use their expertise to support apprentices to successfully complete their qualifications. As an End Point Assessor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring apprentices meet occupational standards, applying your professional judgement to assess competence and performance. How you'll make an impact: Delivering End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard Assess apprentices using a range of methods including observation, professional discussion, and review of evidence Provide clear, accurate and constructive feedback and grading decisions Use EPA platforms and systems to manage and record assessment activity Participate in standardisation and quality assurance activities Engage with training providers, employers and apprentices We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or the willingness to work towards Experience in Facilities management, Facilities Services, or related environments Knowledge of areas such as maintenance, front of house / reception services, portering and logistics, post room operations Experience of producing clear and accurate reports The flexibility to travel for face-to-face assessments when required Excellent IT skills using platform such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Feeling inspired?
