Key Responsibilities: • Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness. • Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision. • Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and evaluation criteria for AI model development. • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in AI-generated contract drafts and propose corrections aligned with legal standards. • Ensure high-quality legal input to enhance the reliability of AI systems used in contract drafting and negotiation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract drafting, review, or negotiation within a legal or corporate environment. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess legal risks and implications in contract-related scenarios. • Familiarity with SaaS contracts, technology transactions, and data annotation practices in a legal context. • Demonstrated adaptability to evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs without prior AI experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate legal reasoning and feedback clearly.
