USA Telecom Inbound Sales Representative (Calls & Chats)About the Role Nexlinks is hiring experienced USA Telecom Sales Representatives to handle inbound customer inquiries through both calls and chats for leading telecom providers. This is a sales-focused role where agents will engage with customers who have already expressed interest in telecom services, identify their needs, verify eligibility, and convert inquiries into successful sales while maintaining compliance and quality standards.IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT Previous USA Telecom Sales Experience is Mandatory. Applications without prior experience in U.S. telecom campaigns will not be considered. Experience with providers such as AT&T, DIRECTV, Frontier, Brightspeed, Ziply Fiber, Optimum, Spectrum, Xfinity, Cox, Verizon, or similar telecom campaigns is highly preferred.Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and chats from prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products and packages. Verify serviceability and customer eligibility. Accurately process orders through provider systems. Maintain compliance with client guidelines and sales processes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain excellent customer experience and professionalism. Properly update CRM and sales records. Requirements Mandatory experience in USA Telecom Sales. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong sales, objection handling, and closing skills. Experience handling inbound calls and chat support. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong computer and multitasking skills. Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours. Reliable internet connection and power backup for remote work.
