Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured, expert reasoning Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and real-world applicability Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI learn how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice Able to think like both a defender and an adversary when evaluating access scenarios Strong written communication — you can explain complex security concepts clearly Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks Nice to Have Experience with cloud IAM platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta, etc.) Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or access control audits Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST Prior experience in AI evaluation or data annotation workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems with leading research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Your expertise shapes how AI understands and reasons about real-world security Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
