Your deep knowledge of how access control breaks down in enterprise environments will directly shape how AI reasons about IAM risk. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to surface weaknesses and misconfigurations Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems Provide structured, expert-level feedback that helps AI understand how real-world IAM failures emerge and propagate Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit misconfigured access controls Able to think analytically about complex permission structures and articulate findings clearly Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and modern identity frameworks Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or security consulting Prior exposure to AI or data labeling workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems with top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Meaningful impact: your expertise helps AI reason more accurately about real security risk Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
